Functie
Je komt terecht in een compact team van ongeveer 7 collega’s als operator. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en stabiel functioneren van de continue vergistingsprocessen, met als doel het optimaliseren van de groen gas productie. Overzicht behouden, communiceren met collega’s, problemen onderzoeken en verbetervoorstellen doen vormen belangrijke onderdelen van jouw functie. Initiatief tonen wordt gewaardeerd. VBT is een groeiend team, dus jouw invloed is direct merkbaar en noodzakelijk.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Functioneren van de vergisting, waterzuivering, verwerkingsinstallatie en gasopwaardering;
- Productieparameters monitoren en opvolgen;
- Deelnemen aan 24/7 storings- en bereikbaarheidsdiensten (met bijbehorende vergoeding);
- Uitvoeren van sample analyses, controlerondes en kalibraties;
- Voorraadbeheer van producten voor vergisting en verwerking;
- Dagelijkse procesoptimalisatie uitvoeren;
- Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren en correctieve storingen oplossen.
Dit is wat we zoeken
- Je bent een echte teamspeler en hebt technisch inzicht;
- Je bent in het bezit van VAPRO B of vergelijkbaar;
- Je bent leergierig en beschikt over relevante vakkennis;
- Je bent veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewust;
- Ervaring in de bio-energie-industrie/ Chemie en/of agrarische sector is een pré.

Over VIDA
VIDA Bioenergy (VBT), onderdeel van VTTI, ontwikkelt en opereert een state-of-the-art bio-energiefaciliteit voor de verwerking van organische reststromen. De faciliteit produceert circa 20 miljoen m³ biogas per jaar. Een deel daarvan wordt opgewaardeerd tot groen gas voor het Nederlandse gasnet. Dit groene gas voorziet bijvoorbeeld circa 2000 huishoudens jaarlijks van energie en levert zo een belangrijke bijdrage aan de verduurzaming van Nederland.
