Are you a sharp, hands-on analyst who wants to go beyond reporting and actively contribute to execution and impact? At VIDA, we are looking for a Transformation Analyst to join our Impact Acceleration Office.
In this role, you will support performance and transformation initiatives across the organisation, working closely with the Senior Manager Performance & Transformation, site teams, and functional stakeholders. You will combine strong analytical work with close involvement in implementation, helping drive measurable results across VIDA’s operations.
Role Overview
As a Transformation Analyst, you are a core member of the Impact Acceleration Office and directly support the delivery of performance and transformation initiatives. Your work goes beyond analysis: you actively contribute to execution, follow-up, and impact delivery across sites.
You will help create transparency on performance, support disciplined execution, and work closely with teams on the ground to ensure that initiatives move from plans to results.
